The Business Process Catalog encourages Dynamics 365 partners to adopt a business process–driven approach to implementation. Instead of focusing solely on features, functions, and requirements, business processes define the scope and guide how Dynamics 365 will be configured.
During the design (or initiate) phase, the Mavim platform is used to discuss, refine, and enrich business processes to align with the customer’s desired way of working. For managing the actual implementation, partners typically rely on Azure DevOps as their project and task management tool.
In this session, Lennard van Leuven and Leo Salomons will demonstrate how business processes defined in Mavim can be synchronized with Azure DevOps, allowing implementation teams to leverage the strengths of both platforms. Mavim is used for describing, adjusting, and approving processes, while Azure DevOps handles planning, task assignment, and delivery.
