Rachel is a Principal Program Manager at Microsoft, leading the Business Process Excellence programs. She has over 20 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics products, starting from version 2.5 to the latest release.

She leads a virtual team focused on ensuring customers and partners use a process-focused approach in their implementations with the goal of making all implementations go faster and better. Rachel and her team are creating the Business Process Catalog and related guidance and tools with the goal to help customers and partners skill up faster, increase adoption, reduce time to value, enable sales teams to sell more effectively, and reduce total cost of ownership.

Rachel specializes in Finance and Human Resources, two of the core apps of Dynamics 365 that enable organizations to manage their finances, operations, and workforce efficiently and effectively. She is a recipient of the Women of the Channel Award and former Microsoft MVP for Dynamics AX. Rachel is very passionate about training and helping others understand how to use and implement Dynamics 365, and she shares her knowledge and insights through her YouTube channel, Dynamics 365 Unboxed.

Jeffrey serves as the Vice President of ERP Solutions at HSO Canada, bringing over 35 years of extensive experience in ERP solutions, manufacturing, and supply chain sectors. He is dedicated to employing AI and the Microsoft suite to make sophisticated business applications more efficient and focuses on optimizing business processes to drive operational excellence across North America.

His role as the international chair of the ISO Technical Committee 176, which oversees 23 management system standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 9004, informs his work at HSO and with customers. Jeffrey also advises clients on efficiently managing information and improving forecasts in areas such as budgeting, financial planning, S&OP, demand planning, supply chain, logistics, and production planning.
